Junior Lessons and Programs

2025 Summer Programs

    • Focus: The Junior Birdies program introduces kids (ages 5-7) to golf in a fun, game-filled environment that builds confidence and coordination. Following ADM principles, we focus on basic skills like grip, stance, and making solid contact while improving overall athletic movement. Juniors will also learn simple golf etiquette and terminology in a safe, engaging setting. Each 45-minute session keeps learning fun and active, providing a great foundation for future development.

    • Focus: The Junior Linkers program is designed for young golfers who are ready to build upon the fundamentals introduced in Junior Birdies. While age serves as a general guideline, advancement to this level is based on skill development and readiness. This program focuses on refining full-swing mechanics, short game (putting and chipping), and basic course strategy. Juniors will also begin learning on-course etiquette, safety, and sportsmanship to prepare them for more independent play. The program encourages game-based learning to keep sessions engaging while reinforcing proper technique and fundamental movement patterns. Juniors will develop consistent contact, better club control, and a deeper understanding of golf rules and terminology throughout the program.  To ensure readiness for the next stage, players will complete a safety, etiquette, and basic rules exam, along with an on-course evaluation. By the end of the program, juniors will have a solid foundation in etiquette, safety, and core skills. Those ready for the next challenge will progress to the Next Level Golfers program, where structured practice and goal-setting become key components.

    • Focus: The Next Level program is designed for junior golfers who are ready to refine their technique and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Following ADM principles, this stage emphasizes motor skill development, body awareness, and structured training to build consistency and confidence. Players will work through three core areas—Full Swing & Body Awareness, Putting, and Short Game Skills—each consisting of four structured one-hour sessions. Juniors can progress through these topics at their own pace, allowing them to continue developing their skills over multiple seasons if desired. Each session introduces new techniques, drills, and challenges to foster independence and prepare players for the next stage of their golfing journey. Advancement from Next Level Golfers is skill-based, not time-based. Players must demonstrate proficiency in Full Swing, Putting, and Short Game before moving up. If needed, additional practice or private instruction can help meet the required standards.

Building on the skills developed in Next Level Golfers, this program emphasizes performance-based training, strategic course management, and mental preparation to ensure players are confident in tournament settings. Players will work through key areas such as advanced full swing mechanics, scoring strategies, pressure putting, and specialty short game shots to elevate their performance on the course. This program also includes performance testing and individualized goal-setting to help golfers build consistency and confidence under pressure. Whether players are striving to make a high school team, lower their tournament scores, or gain exposure for college golf, this program provides the tools and training necessary for success. Players earn certification by meeting performance benchmarks in all key areas. If a golfer falls short of the standards, repeating the program or private coaching will be recommended to ensure full competitive readiness.
